Description
Our client who owns a private estate in the Cotswolds wanted to create a pottinger along with a greenhouse to replicate what once stood in the grounds of the estate. The brief was to create a pottinger which looked like it had always been there. Working with head gardener Neil who’s wealth of experience working on various estates helped us create the vision the client wanted. The low walls were faced in reclaimed drystone and capped in reclaimed sandstone creating 12 separate planting beds for rotation. Within the paths of the Pottinger irrigation was laid which harvests rain water and collects in a tank buried underground so the plants would benefit from recycled water in dry spells. Phase two in 2020 will be the install of the greenhouse with landscaped terrace and steps.
